  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Automatically collected: basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via standard cookies/analytics, to operate and improve the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send order-related updates.
  • Respond to your questions, requests, and customer-service needs.
  • Send you texts and/or emails you have opted in to receive (see SMS section below).
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages from NorthStar Quail, you consent to receive SMS messages such as order updates, shipping notifications, and occasional offers at the phone number you provide.

Information sharing with subcontractors that directly support our services (for example, the messaging platform that delivers the texts) is limited to providing those services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, shipping carriers, our website/CRM and messaging platforms), strictly to perform services for us.
