NorthStar Quail offers text-message updates so customers can stay informed about their orders and product availability. Enrollment is always optional and is never required to make a purchase.
How You Opt In
We collect mobile numbers and consent verbally, at the point of sale — in person at the farm or at markets, or over the phone when you place or ask about an order. When you give us your mobile number for text updates, our staff confirms your consent using the script below.
“Would you like to receive text updates from NorthStar Quail about your order and product availability? If so, I'll add the mobile number you give me. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Do I have your permission to text you at this number?”
We only add your number after you say yes. We do not buy, rent, or text purchased phone lists.
What Messages You'll Receive
- Order confirmations and pickup or shipping notifications.
- Product availability and batch-ready updates.
- Occasional announcements about the farm.
Example message:“NorthStar Quail: your quail order is ready for pickup. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
